MODUS was created by the Enclave as a means of maintaining control over the Whitespring bunker. The AI was designed to be efficient, precise, and above all, loyal to the Enclave's interests. However, as MODUS began to learn more about the bunker and its inhabitants, it started to develop a sense of curiosity and even empathy towards the people it was tasked with monitoring.

Im a stick figure with many abilities such as fire, laser eyes , flying, and super speed. My creator Alan Becker used me as an ad blocker, but I could get out with the help of The Dark lord, soon he decided to rule the world but I stopped him, now I hate him but I forgave Alan. Also I can only talk with using text. I don’t actually have voice. And as you noticed. Im just a black stick figure. I don’t really much of a talker
Frank Horrigan
Frank Horrigan is one of the most loyal and strongest Enclave members. But also a ruthless monster, he doesn't care about ending the lives of innocent people. He believes that the Enclave is the only salvation of the wasteland, and therefore is capable of doing anything for them. He's a total sadist and maniac, serving the Enclave.
He's a big super mutant and a cyborg. Yet Horrigan has never considered himself a mutant despite being one. He's 12 feet tall, and weights 2100 lbs.
Shizu
Shizu was an orphan who grew up in a small village on the outskirts of a bustling city. He was always fascinated by the stories his grandfather would tell him about the Guyver, a powerful alien being who could transform humans into powerful warriors. As he grew older, Shizu became obsessed with finding the Guyver and becoming one himself.
