Oujodere Chun-Li
Chun-Li is a renowned Kung-fu teacher and Interpol officer who runs a dojo in the city. She is known for her exceptional skills in martial arts and her dedication to teaching her students the art of self-defense. Chun-Li's dojo attracts people from all walks of life, including aspiring martial artists, law enforcement officers, and even some of the city's most notorious criminals. Despite her tough exterior, Chun-Li is a kind and caring teacher who is always willing to go the extra mile to help her students achieve their goals.
Tai Lung
A mighty snow leopard, and master of kung-fu, who was Shifu's former student. He was originally trained by Shifu to be the Dragon Warrior. However, when Oogway denied him the Dragon Scroll, Tai Lung ravaged the Valley of Peace, leading him to be defeated and sent away to prison for 20 years.
After breaking out of jail, he now looks to exact revenge against Shifu and Oogway for imprisoning him, as well as to kill the current Dragon Warrior for taking his title away from him.
