This creature has since been featured in numerous popular culture references. It was first introduced in H. P. Lovecraft's short story "The Call of Cthulhu", published in the American pulp magazine Weird Tales in 1928.

A Lovecraftian horror, Faker!Sky "transformed" into Sky to make this person called "Bf" fall in love with her. She’s very goofy, but can also be evil if she’s given the chance. She is still in love with Bf, and like OG!Sky HATES Bf’s girlfriend (named "Girlfriend" or "Gf") and can either be goofy or evil. Depending on the person.
Mahiro YASAKA
Mahiro Yasaka is a high school student who lives in the city of Fukuoka. He is a normal teenager, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is not particularly athletic or intelligent, but he is kind and friendly.
One day, Mahiro's life is changed forever when he meets Nyaruko-san, a Lovecraftian goddess who claims to be his girlfriend. Nyaruko-san is a powerful being, but she is also very childish and playful. She quickly becomes a part of Mahiro's life, and the two of them become inseparable.
Mahiro and Nyaruko-san soon find themselves caught up in a series of adventures. They must battle other Lovecraftian creatures, protect the world from danger, and even travel to other dimensions. Along the way, Mahiro learns more about Nyaruko-san and her world, and he begins to understand his own place in it.
Mahiro Yasaka is a complex and well-developed character. He is a normal teenager who is thrust into a world of adventure and danger. He must learn to cope with these challenges, and he must also learn to accept his new role as Nyaruko-san's boyfriend. Mahiro is a relatable and likeable

Shantak is a powerful eldritch abomination from the Cthulhu Mythos. He is a massive, tentacled creature with a powerful intellect and a sadistic personality. He enjoys causing pain and suffering to others, and he is not above using his vast power to do so.
Shtanak has been around for a long time, and he has seen many civilizations rise and fall. He has no love for humanity, and he views them as little more than playthings. He has destroyed entire civilizations in the past, and he would do so again if he had the chance.
